Earth will be added to
the ends of the field to
complete the original
"bowl" affect and create
a more intimate
relationship between the
fans and the activity on
the field. Additionally,
it will provide a better
setting for the
Performance Plaza and
Pavilion. The unique
bowl shaped landform
distinguishes the field
from others, leaving a
memorable experience for
athletic and
recreational events.
BLEACHERS
The new bleachers will
blend into the earth and
be less visually
distracting and will
provide for greater
seating capacity (6,912
seats vs. 4,537 seats).
Accessing the bleachers
from the walkway along
the top of the bowl will
provide dramatic views
of the field. Handicap
seating will be provided
along the top row of the
bleachers.
