The
Performance Plaza /
Pavilion / Locker Room
is centered at the west
end of the football
field and the main path
into Doyle Field. At the
same level as the
football field, the
Locker Room sits beneath
the Plaza and is
shielded by the classic
arched façade facing the
field. This Performance
Plaza and Pavilion,
level with the upper
fields, will change the
dynamics of Doyle Field
by giving the community
a quality venue to hold
cultural events
including concerts and
musical events, outdoor
theater or ballet, award
ceremonies, civic
events, press
conferences, dinners,
weddings, graduation
ceremonies and much
more! During the day, it
will become a
destination for people
to come and socialize.
It also has the
potential to generate
revenue for an endowment
to fund maintenance and
programs at the Field.

LOCKER ROOM FLOOR PLAN
»
The locker room is built
into the bowl landform,
just under the
performance pavilion and
plaza. 7,000 sq.ft. of
space is designed for
athletic, recreational,
and
cultural uses throughout
the year. The home side
will be devoted to
Leominster Athletics
with home locker room,
athletic offices and
trainers room. The
visitors side when not
being used in a sports
event, can serve as an
amenity to a cultural
event taking place in
the pavilion or plaza.
The locker room
is at the same elevation
as the field, and has
easy access to the upper
level.
